The EARDH Conference and Meeting will be conducted at the Dorint Resort and Spa, in Bad Brückenau , May 3-5, 2012. The 4-star hotel has great food, massage and wellness section and a beautiful pool area as well. Take a look at their website…The price for a single room is 109€. Dinner on May 3, and lunches on May 4 & 5 are included in the conference price.
Deadline for Hotel registration under the code “EARDH” is March 2, 2012. (Do not forget to bring your VAT form if you are entitled to not pay the German tax). Deadline for Conference Registration is March 23, 2012. Late fees will apply for the conference price after this date (no exceptions can be made due to hotel fees after our number of attendees has been established).
This means: download your Conference and membership form (if not already a member for 2012) from the web page,
www.eardh.com, and send it
and a copy of your bank draft for the conference and/or membership fees to the EARDH Secretary/Treasurer, Cindy Felter, as soon as possible!
